CBS News' FACE THE NATION is the #1 Sunday morning public affairs program in viewers television year-to-date, according to Nielsen most current ratings. Television year-to-date, FACE THE NATION is averaging 3.93 million viewers and 0.8/04 in adults 25-54.
FACE THE NATION delivered 3.64 million viewers on Feb. 12 and 0.7/04 in adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings. (Editor's Note: FACE THE NATION's second half-hour was broadcast contiguously across 59.8% of the
CBS affiliates.)
The Feb. 12 broadcast opened with an interview with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), followed by an interview with Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ). Next,
CBS News elections director Anthony Salvanto launched his new Nation Tracker poll. Dickerson then interviewed White House senior policy advisor Stephen Miller before the political roundtable, which featured The New York Times' Peter Baker; Atlantic Media's Ron Brownstein;
USA Today's Susan Page; and National Review Institute's Reihan Salam.
