CBS EVENING NEWS is Only Network Evening News Broadcast to Add Viewers Season-to-Date

The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY is the only network evening news broadcast to add viewers season-to-date (+2%, 7.45m from 7.31m) compared to last season, according to Nielsen most current ratings. The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY also maintained its rating in adults 25-54 (1.5/06) compared to last season.

In the week ending April 22, CBS was first in the key adults 25-54 demographic on Wednesday (1.4/06, tied) according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings. CBS also tied ABC on Friday in adults 25-54 (1.2/06).
