60 MINUTES made the Top 10 at #5, drawing 11.44 million viewers according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for March 6. It was 60 MINUTES' ninth time over 11 broadcasts and the 14th time this season it ranked among America's top 10 broadcasts - six of them at #5 or higher.
The
CBS newsmagazine is averaging 13.26 million viewers, with a 3.0/08 rating in adults 25-54, increases over last season by +2 percent and +3 percent respectively.
60 MINUTES also finished in the Nielsen Top 10 in households, scoring a 7.2/13, also ranking it #5 in that measurement. Compared to the same night last year,
60 MINUTES was up +7 percent in households, +17 percent in adults 25-54, +30 percent in adults 18-49 and +9 percent in viewers.
Sunday's edition of
60 MINUTES featured the profile of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau by Lara Logan, an Anderson Cooper story about criminal charges against a coal company CEO in the worst U.S. mining disaster in 40 years and Bill Whitaker's interviews with
DEATH ROW inmates in Texas.
