Look, I understand that even at the age of 33, there are certain celebrities and other pop culture phenomenon that I am just not going to get; selfies, Taylor Swift, Grumpy Cat; but one that regularly boggles my mind, and honestly, kind of makes me angry is Pitbull. Who is this guy, and why is he famous? Can I blame JLo for hits? For some illogical reason, Pitbull is going to be on DANCING WITH THE STARS tonight, but rather than spoil my own "But, Wait! What's On TV Tonight?" picks, just check it out below... before I throw something. So, what will you be watching tonight?

BWW TV World will bring you a handful of picks from across the TV landscape. So, if you have nothing to do each night, check in with us, and we will tell you the best ways to spend your primetime hours.

For all of the latest goings on in the world of pop culture, check out BUT, WAIT! WHAT? from Chief TV Critic Matt Tamanini here.

All times are Eastern

THE ORIGINALS | 8:00-9:00pm | The CW
By: Jennifer McHugh | @eponineq

I know my family reunions are crazy, but my Mom isn't a crazy witch back from the dead and (as far as I know) my father isn't trying to kill me. Elijah and Klaus can't say the same. Mom is inviting them to dinner, maybe to introduce them to their formerly dead brothers as well?

DANCING WITH THE STARS | 8:00-9:00pm | ABC
By: Matt Tamanini | @BWWMatt

I don't understand how Pitbull has become so ubiquitous in our pop culture. From music, to awards shows, to the World Cup, this guy seems to be everywhere, and I'm not sure why. As far as I can see, he doesn't have any discernable singing or rapping talent, he has a questionable fashion sense, and his dancing ability is quite suspect. However, not only will he be performing on DWTS tonight, apparently he will be guest judging tooa... ¡Ay, caramba!

JANE THE VIRGIN | 9:00-10:00pm |The CW
By: Matt Tamanini | @BWWMatt

After the public and critical acclaim of the series premiere, I am anxious to see if JANE THE VIRGIN can continue its climb as the season's sleeper hit. This week Jane can't seem to avoid Rafael, and her mother tries to convince her that she should sue her doctor. And now that Jane's telenovela actor father wants to meet her, it's looking like they aren't going to let up on the drama any time soon!

PEARL JAM TWENTY | 9:00-11:30pm | Palladia
By: Matt Tamanini | @BWWMatt

If you are of the generation when wearing flannel shirts tied around your waste unironically was considered fashionable, then this could be one of the coolest ways to spend two and a half hours you could imagine. Though Kurt Cobain and Nirvana got all of the pub for starting the grunge rock revolution, for my money, Pearl Jam's first album, "Ten," was the best rock record of the '90s. Though their follow-up "Vs" was fairly strong, nothing ever lived up to their first album in terms of artistry or popular appeal. This documentary from 2011 chronicles the 20 years for Eddie Vedder and company since the release of "Ten."
