Brigid Brannagh ("Army Wives") and Sean Patrick Flanery ("Citizen Jane") star in "Mystery Girl," a Hallmark Channel Original Movie about Ben (Flanery) who e-mails a beautiful "mystery girl" who keeps crossing his path, but the message accidentally goes to the wrong address. When he continues e-mail exchanges with the girl at this wrong address and starts dating the beautiful "mystery girl," he just can't figure out why she's not the same in-person as in her online messages. Eventually, he learns who he's actually been "e-relating" to.

The movie has begun production and will premiere on Hallmark Channel in 2011.

Just out of a rocky relationship, Ben moves slowly with the intimidating Chloe (Christine Scott Bennett, "Funny or Die") and decides to e-mail her a hello. When he overhears the incorrect address, instead he e-mails Charley Anderson (Brannagh), a single, attractive mom who works at the same company - a sports entertainment company -- as Chloe. Ben and Charley soon develop a great relationship online. Then, through Chloe, they become friends in-person. Ben even helps Charley's 7-year-old son with baseball. Meanwhile, Chloe never quite lives up to the e-mail relationship and anonymous friendship he develops with Charley. But it isn't until Charley receives a job offer and is about to leave the state that Ben realizes who he's truly in love with.

"Mystery Girl" is being produced by Larry Levinson Productions. Larry Levinson, is the executive producer. Jim Wilberger and Brian Gordon are the producers. Allison Anders ("Men in Trees") is directing from a script written by Gary Goldstein, Kevin Merriman & David Newman.
