Brent Mitchell Promoted to SVP, Consumer Marketing for E!

Brent Mitchell has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Consumer Marketing for E! and Esquire Network. In his elevated role, Mitchell will expand his responsibilities to lead E! and Esquire Network's consumer brand strategies and marketing efforts, including all advertising campaigns for new and ongoing series, media planning, agency management, and digital/social marketing initiatives. Mitchell will continue reporting to Jen Neal, Executive Vice President, Marketing, E! and Esquire Network.

"Brent is a talented marketing executive and brand strategist who has played an important role in E! and Esquire Network's ongoing growth and success," said Neal. "In today's evolving media landscape, Brent continues to find new and innovative ways to create and execute BREAKTHROUGH advertising campaigns that propel our brands and engage viewers across platforms."

Mitchell joined the company in 2014 and previously served as Vice President, Marketing, Advertising & Digital/Social for E! and Esquire Network. Mitchell spearheaded the socially driven award-winning marketing campaign for E!'s first original scripted series, "The Royals," helping to propel the new series to hit status in its first season. He has also been the marketing strategist behind E!'s groundbreaking documentary series "I Am Cait" and core franchises "E! News" and "Live from the Red Carpet," as well as popular Esquire series "Knife Fight," "American Ninja Warrior," "Car Matchmaker" and the network's first scripted series "Spotless."

Previously, Mitchell worked at Old Navy (GAP Inc.) for seven years in San Francisco, most recently as Senior Director, Marketing, Advertising & Media where he developed and executed the brand's highly successful global marketing campaigns. Prior to Old Navy, Mitchell was Product Marketing Manager for Wells Fargo. He began his career as Marketing Specialist in the international group at Mattel.
