Bravo Media's PREGNANT IN HEELS returns for season two tonight, May 15 at 10pm ET/PT with America's premier maternity concierge, Rosie Pope again guiding New York City's most affluent expecting mothers through the joys and perils of preparing to have a baby.

Busier than ever, Rosie continues to run MomPrep, the leading training academy for mothers-to-be and her own high fashion maternity boutique located in Manhattan and Santa Monica. With the help of her assistant, LT, and new exec, Alison, this season Rosie and her team work to tackle all their clients' pregnancy dilemmas, from planning a home birth to helping a single mom-to-be date during her last trimester to throwing a babymoon in the Dominican Republic to rigging a paranoid client's house with video cameras to spy on her nanny. The show's first season documented Rosie's struggle to get pregnant after she was told that having a second child was next to impossible due to medical complications. But through in vitro fertilization, Rosie was able to have another son. Making the third time a charm, Rosie announces to her staff that she is pregnant again in the season two premiere. She also helps her client, Christina, with an extreme request surrounding her home birth. And visits Helena and her husband to help them bring some romance back in to their lives during the third trimester.

In 2010, season one of "Pregnant in Heels" attracted Bravo's youngest audience of any original series to-date, with a median age of 33.7.
