Bravo Media expands one of its most lavish franchises by hitting the high seas once again with the new installment, BELOW DECK MEDITERRANEAN, premiering Tuesday, May 3 at 9pm ET/PT. The series follows nine crew members living and working aboard a 150' mega-yacht as it undertakes a new charter season in picturesque Greece, kicking off with a half-hour preview special, Wednesday, March 23 at 10pm ET/PT.
With a new boat, new location and new faces, the excitement, drama and adventure of life aboard a private luxury yacht is taken to another level in the Mediterranean. Providing unparalleled service to wealthy and
UNCOMPROMISING guests is made even more difficult as the team faces everything from love triangles to seeing fellow crew members shockingly cross the line with guests. Voyaging from Santorini, Mykonos and many of the Greek islands, each episode features a new group of elite clientele who present a new set of challenges, all while offering the crew a glamorous lifestyle and exotic perks that most people only dream of experiencing. For these young, attractive and adventurous yachties, the "work hard, play harder" nature of the job combined with the pressure of working in the most exclusive yachting scene in the world pushes the team close to the breaking point. Meet the "Below Deck Mediterranean" crew:
Mark Howard, Captain - Born and raised on a lake in Michigan, Captain Mark Howard has been a yacht captain for almost 30 years, with international experience ranging from sailing the South Pacific to the Mediterranean and Caribbean on both private and charter boats. Mark also has his pilot license and enjoys flying helicopters as a hobby. While he is always approachable and supportive of his crew, Mark demands professionalism and finds it important to be hands on in all aspects of the yacht's operation. His advice to aspiring yachties is to be honest, work hard and pay attention to senior crew members while never forgetting the golden rule of yachting: "the guest is always right."
Ben Robinson, Chef - Chef Ben Robinson is accomplished on both land and sea. He worked under Italian master chefs in Florence and gained an apprenticeship at 3-Michelin Star restaurant The Fat Duck, based in the United Kingdom. Ben has been the head chef on yachts for over 10 years, including the largest sailing yacht in the world. He was born in Oxford, England and continued to attend boarding school there when his parents moved to the U.S. Currently residing in Ft. Lauderdale, Ben has recently become a Certified Health Coach, specializing in weight loss, cancer and addiction. He also has a booming catering business for which he travels all over the world. Ben believes food is medicine and art, continuing to develop cutting edge cuisine with a nutritional awareness.
Hannah Ferrier, Chief Stewardess - Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Hannah Ferrier has been a chief stewardess for five years. Originally working in sales, Hannah discovered after traveling across Europe that she wanted to pursue the adventure of yachting and has never looked back.
RELENTLESS with achieving her career goals, Hannah's charm and perseverance has allowed her to rise to the top. She holds very high standards, especially when it comes to the Mediterranean as it is the ultimate location in the world for yachting. With a work hard, play hard mentality, Hannah sees herself settling down one day but for the time being she enjoys every aspect that yachtie life offers.
Julia d'Albert Pusey, Stewardess - Julia d'Albert Pusey, a British native, has worked on yachts off and on over the past eight years. She has a passion for fashion and business, working previously at some of the world's top brands and then later established her own clothing line. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Julia has continued to work her way up the ranks in the yachting industry and has used that success to
LEVERAGE her many other business endeavors. Julia enjoys the entertaining side of yachtie life and is always looking to have fun. She is known for being silly on the job, making people smile and avoiding confrontation at all costs.
Tiffany Copeland, Stewardess - Originally from Florida, Tiffany has a background in
Science and originally began her career as a marine biologist before she discovered her love for yachting. With ambitions of
BECOMING a captain one day, Tiffany is laser focused on learning all of the inner workings to yachting. She has a natural
CURIOSITY and finds herself regularly rolling up her sleeves to help the team resolve issues that arise on board. From learning how a boat operates to understanding the responsibilities of each crew member, she aspires to know it all in an effort to prepare for the next step in her career.
Bryan Kattenburg, First Mate - Brimming with suave confidence, this northern California first mate is a self-proclaimed lover, not fighter who takes pride in getting along with everyone. A jack of all trades, Bryan has the skills of both a captain and an engineer and takes pride in his leadership capabilities. Bryan finds being a leader very natural and attributes that largely to his experience being captain of several high school sports teams. With no plans on settling down anytime soon, Bryan has lofty aspirations for his career and fully embraces the yachtie lifestyle of rubbing elbows with elite clientele.
Jen Riservato, Deckhand - A Long Island native, Jen Riservato is known for being very gregarious while not standing for any nonsense. She has freelanced in the yachting industry for seven years working all over the U.S., but this is her first time in the Mediterranean. Self-proclaimed as having "middle child syndrome," Jen admittedly likes to feel needed and recognized. Impulsive by nature and also a lover of adventure, she truly enjoys
THE LIFE of yachting and loves everything about exploring the sea.
Danny Zureikat, Deckhand - Originally from Orlando, Florida, this bright-eyed deckhand could outlast the energizer bunny. New to the yachting world, Danny's vitality for life is infectious and he has an earnest desire to learn and do whatever is asked of him. With his boyish charm and strong people skills, he's catered to high-end clientele and celebrities such as Mark Anthony. Danny has a need to please those around him and will do anything to cater to the guests' needs, ensuring a state-of-the-art yachting experience.
Bobby Giancola, Deckhand - A Central Florida native, Bobby Giancola recently got into yachting through his former career as a maritime firefighting instructor. After a bad breakup, he's decided to switch gears and pursued this opportunity in the Mediterranean in hopes to transition into yachting full time. Single and ready to mingle, Bobby is often
THE LIFE of the party and is known for his big personality and being the "class clown." Once you peel back the layers on this All-American party boy, you will find that Bobby has a huge heart at his core.
The series is produced by 51 Minds with Mark Cronin, Courtland Cox, Temple Williams, Christian Sarabia and Nadine Rajabi serving as executive producers and Rebecca Henning, Grace Lee and Danielle Ghilardi as co-executive producers.
