As the season one finale of MILLION DOLLAR LISTING NEW YORK delivered its highest rated episode of the season among all key demos with 1.1 million total viewers, Bravo Media greenlights a second season of the popular real estate series. Season one averaged 1.04 million total viewers, according to Nielsen. Following the finale at 11pm, host Andy Cohen broke the news to show's cast members, Fredrik Eklund, Michael Lorber and Ryan Serhant, during last night's episode of "Watch What Happens Live," which was up 46 percent among adults 18-49 compared to last Wednesday's episode. Adding to Wednesday's rating success, "Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis" also earned a season high among adults 18-49 and delivered 994,000 total viewers, marking an impressive 26 percent growth compared to the series premiere. Bravo also delivered digital success as the "Million Dollar Listing New York" finale recorded a remarkable 65 percent increase in page views, 62 percent increase in unique visitors and 50 percent increase in streams from the prior week's episode. The finale's social media activity reached a series high with nearly 17,000 mentions, up 89 percent from the prior Wednesday. In addition, "Watch What Happens Live" earned a 36 percent increase in page views, 102 percent increase in unique visitors and a 40 percent increase in streams compared to last Wednesday's episode along with it's social media activity which was up 43 percent with nearly 4,000 mentions.
