Bravo and Target announced today an exclusive partnership to release DVDs of the network's hit series to be sold exclusively at Target nationwide beginning April 13. The Target exclusive promotion marks the first ever partnership between the two, and the DVD sets will be sold for a 12-week run. DVD titles include "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," "The Real Housewives of New York City," Emmy-Award winning "Kathy Griffin: My Life On The D-List," "Top Chef: Chicago," "Flipping Out," "The Millionaire Matchmaker," "The Rachel Zoe Project," and "Million Dollar Listing."

The Bravo disc sets will debut in the DVD department at Target and Target.com, and will be sold separately at a special value. The Bravo and Target exclusive promotion has been developed through the NBC Universal Television, DVD, Music and Consumer Products Group.

"We are thrilled to offer so many great Bravo shows on DVD to the Target guests," said Shelli Hill, Vice President, NBC Universal Television, DVD, Music and Consumer Products Group. "From the drama and glamour of The Real Housewives franchise, to the heat of Top Chef, and the campy excess of Millionaire Matchmaker, we feel Target is the perfect partner for this promotion."

Following are the titles that will be included in the Bravo promotion:

Flipping Out (seasons 1 and 2)

Bravo's docu-series follows the antics of one of Los Angeles' most colorful and obsessive-compulsive house flippers, Jeff Lewis. The economy has taken its toll on his business, but if anyone can figure out a way to flip things around and go from chaos to clarity, it's Lewis and his team. Lewis makes his living with the help of a group of diverse and often disgruntled employees he counts as friends. These include his incredibly patient assistant Jenni Pulos, who still dreams of making it as an actress, despite seven years at Jeff's side, his beloved housekeeper Zoila, newly empowered and suddenly more flirtatious and feisty, and his business partner and former boyfriend, Ryan Brown.

Kathy Griffin: My Life On The D-List (season 2)

Comedian Kathy Griffin stars in the two-time Emmy winning series "Kathy Griffin: My Life On The D-List," following the antics of Griffin as she gallivants the globe and battles life's indignities as an under-appreciated, shunned and card-carrying member of the celebrity D-List. Griffin remains steadfast in her mission to do whatever it takes to get noticed and get freebies. She continues to embrace life on the D-List, relishing in those rollercoaster moments that she hopes will translate into tabloid photo ops that no one else would want.

Million Dollar Listing (season 2)

Bravo gives viewers an up-close and personal look at the top agents in Los Angeles's tough real estate market, who stop at nothing to close the deal. The docu-series takes viewers inside the high-stakes, cutthroat world of real estate, where Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers struggle to ink their million dollar deals during this economic downturn.

The Rachel Zoe Project (seasons 1 and 2)

Follow celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe and her trusted inner circle - husband Rodger and fashion team, Taylor and Brad, as they endeavor to take Zoe's business to the next level. A fly on the wall look at how she juggles constant deadlines, fashion shows and celebrity clients, where Zoe is on call 24-hours-a-day to shop, shape and council. Racing from meetings with designers at their showrooms to coast-to-coast hunting for unique clothes and accessories, the series shows viewers how her personalized touch has made her a household name by making over models, private clients and advertising shoots in each episode.

The Millionaire Matchmaker (season 1)

"The Millionaire Matchmaker" follows Patti Stanger, founder of a Los Angeles based elite matchmaking service that helps wealthy men find the women of their dreams. Patti and her dogged staff give their big-bucks clients complete transformations with the help of personal shoppers, date coaches and therapists. The docu-drama follows the resolute Stanger as she deals with the challenges of running a small business with demanding millionaire clients, all while trying to keep her own personal life on track. It's a juggling act that often results in love connections and wedding invitations, but occasionally leads to high drama and unpredictable results.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta (season 1)

An up-close and personal look at five fabulous women from Atlanta's social elite - from NFL wives to sassy single moms - as they juggle their burgeoning careers and busy home lives with the whirl of the south's hottest city. Catch DeShawn, Kim, Lisa, NeNe and Sheree as they balance motherhood, demanding careers and a fast-paced social calendar, and show what life is like in the most exclusive areas of Atlanta. These driven and ambitious women prove that they're not just "housewives," but entrepreneurs, doting mothers and feisty southern women. These ladies show the world what it takes to live large in some of the hottest zip codes in the south.

The Real Housewives of New York City (season 1)

Tune in to see everyone's favorite Manhattan ladies, Alex, Bethenny, Jill, Luann and Ramona, as they juggle their careers and home lives with busy calendars packed with charity fund raising galas, the social whirl of the Hamptons and nights on the New York social scene. These driven and ambitious women show everyone what it takes to make it in the upper echelon of society, where money and status are an essential way of life.

Top Chef: Chicago

The fourth season of Bravo's Emmy Award-nominated food show heads to the windy city, featuring a new cast of 16 eager chef'testants, along with several noted guest star chefs. Each week, chef'testants compete for culinary stardom with a quickfire test of basic abilities and a more involved elimination challenge designed to test their versatility and inventiveness. They must then face judges Padma Lakshmi, Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons and Ted Allen and strive to avoid the dreaded command - "pack up your knives and go home!"
