Tomorrow's DR. OZ features an exclusive interview with music superstar Bobby Brown, and nothing is off limits. Bobby speaks out about a recent court ruling concerning the tragic death of his beloved daughter Bobbi Kristina and who he feels is responsible for Bobbi Kristina's death.

Last year in a stunning legal move that made headlines around the world, Bobby Brown filed a wrongful death lawsuit against late daughter Bobbi Kristina'sboyfriend, Nick Gordon. The suit alleged that he beat her up after a cocaine and alcohol fueled argument and that Nick gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail that caused her to pass out leading to her six month coma and eventual death.

Finally, in early September a Georgia Judge found Nick Gordon legally responsible for Bobbi Kristina's death making this ruling a vindication after years of tragedy for Bobby Brown.

Just three years after the late Whitney Houston's death, the media watched Bobby Brown lose their daughter, Bobbi Kristina, to an almost identical fate. Through it all Bobby has worked hard to steer away from drugs focusing on his SECOND CHANCE as a husband and father. Bobby Brown has written about the strength he has gained from his struggles in a new memoir Every Little Step.

On how he's doing after Bobbi Kristina's passing, Bobby Brown shares: "I'm doing great. I mean, of course, on an everyday basis I still, you know, I still think about her and I still go through it, but, I think I'm a lot more comfortable with, knowing that she's in a better place, knowing that, she's not in pain anymore, you know, and I'm just grateful for that."

On the latest ruling on Nick Gordon, Bobby Brown says: "This, I believe it means, I mean, we're not after any money. I really just want the DA to do what he's supposed to do, do his job. Finding out that he's liable was a blessing and it's just the first step to, you know, him being found criminally, responsible for my daughter's death."

On what caused him to stop taking drugs, Bobby Brown reveals: "Jail got me to stop taking drugs. I never wanted to go back to jail. I didn't want to be incarcerated ever, ever again. I didn't want my kids to grow up and see me in that type of light. I've always been one to want to grow to want to be better and better on the next day--if I'm bad yesterday; I want to be better the next day, especially for my children. I mean, my children mean everything to me, everything. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for them. So I try to be as strong as possible for them every day. And it takes every day for me to do that."
