NBC Olympics primetime host Bob Costas interviewed Rio de Janeiro Mayor Eduardo Paes earlier this week, discussing Rio's progress as the host of the 2016 Summer Games, the issues facing the city, and the upcoming competition, including Brazil's quest for a gold medal in men's soccer.
