Movies are more innovative than ever and as part of "MTV Sneak Peek Week," the network has partnered with Chevrolet for the "Film Your Way to the 2013 MTV Movie Awards" contest, in search of the next generation of innovative and creative filmmakers. As a part of the promotion, MTV and Chevrolet searched for a captivating story or concept that captures how ingenuity can do the impossible. The winning submission is from Joaquin Palma, a resident Bronx native. He's currently a freshman at Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College and majoring in Film and Television production. Over the next few weeks he is working with MTV and Chevrolet to bring his creative vision to life titled, "Never Let You Go." The short film will debut at "MTV Sneak Peak Week" where he will also meet and interact some of the industry's top filmmakers and celebrities. Additionally, he will receive a ticket to the "2013 MTV Movie Awards" where he'll appear on the "Movie Awards" pre-show red carpet with MTV News' Josh Horowitz to debut a clip of his short film on Sunday, April 14 before the "2013 MTV Movie Awards" airs live. A Columbia Pictures presentation of a Point Grey / Mandate Pictures production, "This Is The End" is in theaters June 12. Set in 1993, valedictorian Brandy Klark wants to shed her uptight image before college, so she assembles a to do list of all the "activities" she missed out on in high school. Quickly realizing that she's way out of her depth, Brandy solicits her best friends, older sister and burnt-out boss for their help and advice. If the group is going to complete the list by September they'll need plenty of imagination and very open minds.

"The Heat" (20th Century Fox) with appearances by Melissa McCarthy and Paul Feig.

Film Summary: Uptight FBI Special Agent Sarah Ashburn (Sandra Bullock) and foul-mouthed Boston cop Shannon Mullins (Melissa McCarthy) couldn't be more incompatible. Tracking their targets whereabouts online, they break-in and steal their designer clothes and possessions. Reflecting on the naiveté of youth and the mistakes we all make when young, amplified by today's culture of celebrity and luxury brand obsession, we see through the members of the Bling Ring temptations that almost any teenager would feel. What starts out as teenage fun spins out of control and leaves us with a sobering view of our culture today. "The Bling Ring" stars Emma Watson alongside incredible new talent Israel Broussard, Katie Chang, Claire Julien, and Taissa Farmiga. The film also features Leslie Mann, Gavin Rossdale, and real-life Bling Ring victim, Paris Hilton. It is based on the Vanity Fair article "The Suspects Wore Louboutins" by Nancy Jo Sales.
