Battle of Hogwarts, a Harry Potter Documentary, chronicles the story of those that survived the war between Harry Potter and Lord Voldemort, 20 years after the Final Battle. It also delves into what really happened to Harry and his friends during the war. The film will be released as a series July 11th-15th leading up to the release of the Final Harry Potter Film July 15th.

While Harry Potter was not interviewed for this film, there were some special appearances by Dean Thomas and the lovely Luna Lovegood! The narration by Treva Etienne (Terminator Salvation, Pirates of the Caribbean) was instrumental in giving this documentary the real feel of Harry Potter. There is also a secret appearance from one of Harry's closest friends that is completely shrouded in mystery. Fans can find the series and interact with the filmmakers at http://www.facebook.com/battleofhogwarts.

Over the past few months, Director, Nicholas Acosta has been artfully piecing together a film for Harry Potter fans. A fan himself, Nick was inspired by the emotional connection he made reading J.K. Rowling's book series and watching all of the films. He wanted to create a film that continued the story while respecting the original material. Instrumental to the project are his producing partner, Rhett Swanson, who has developed projects with him over the past 5 years and Justin Cook, Director of Photography, a recent graduate of LA Film School who has a natural talent with cameras.
Nicholas Acosta has been creating films since he was 12 years old. Many of his short films can be found online and he is currently in pre-production on his first feature, The Confined, a thriller executive produced by Michael Zoumas (Coraline).

Battle of Hogwarts can be found on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/battleofhogwarts), Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/user/unrenderedmedia), as well as in an article by Wizarding Life Magazine. The film will be released as a series July 11th-15th leading up to the release of the final film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II, July 15th. The filmmakers look forward to the reaction of the fans.
