Confusing time jumps and cheesy one-liners aside, last week's episode of HEROES REBORN was at least eye-opening and informative, if not even slightly intriguing! Sure, the whole Tommy and Malina being twins tasked to save the future could've been seen from a mile away if you looked hard enough, but them being the Cheerleader's kids? That I didn't see coming.

Mostly because there's not much of an age difference between them all. Thanks, time travel.

The two Noahs converging storyline is also piquing my interest, but mostly because I'm really curious as to how the series is going to handle two separate timelines coming together. Yeah, yeah, I know, my vast knowledge of Doctor Who has made me a bit of a time travel snob, but I can't help it! Time is time, and there are rules! Hiro knows, that's why he keeps warning Noah about all those butterflies!

Noah and Hiro couldn't save the cheerleader, but do you think Tommy and Malina can save the future? Join me here tonight at 8 PM EST and on Twitter @CourtHenley as I live recap this week's episode of HEROES REBORN!

Can't wait until tonight to get your EVO fix? Watch a promo for tonight's episode below:

8:13: I have never felt worse for two people in my life than I do for Luke and Joanne right now as they realize that their child didn't make it out of the explosion.

8:17: Alright, fine, those pennies are cooler than I thought they were.

Actually, this guy's mindreading powers are also pretty darn cool.

8:21: It's getting a little difficult (ok, fine more than a little difficult) to keep up with which timeline is which and what's happening when.

Wow, Carlos. Cheesy much?

HA, apparently she thinks so, too. Although I'm betting that slap was over more than just a cheesy line.

8:24: Erica is terrible. Just a terrible person.

Two Hiros and two Noahs. She's finally doing the math!

And so we witness the birth of Katana Girl! Not quite sure how that's physically possible (creating a character from putting your hand on a computer screen), but hey, people are time traveling and humans have superpowers, so I guess I really shouldn't be nitpicking.

8:33: So he has to save the world...but not for another year. How urgent can it be if it can wait a year?

8:36: Woah there, Joanne! I get it: you're upset, and there's a rogue Evo trying to kill your husband, but really? You had to stab him that many times? Bit excessive, don't you think?

Hey, Luke, can I give you some advice? Run. Run now. Run far.

8:42: And suddenly we're back, once again, to Odessa, TX.

And now we're back to...wherever it is that Malina's been living.

Why can't the twins meet? Will they like...explode or something? Now I want them to get close to each other! I want to see what happens!

8:49: Aww, in this alternate/parallel/whatever it is world, Quentin and his sister are reuinted and happy! Good for them!

I wonder if it will last.

8:53: Erica sounds like a cult leader when she words it like that.

8:56: I feel like this would be more sentimental if we had some more time with alternate reality Hiro. I'm not really attached to anybody yet, so this goodbye is not as sad as it should be.

8:57: Way to go, Tommy's mom. How are you going to explain this to your son?

Wait, why is Quentin working with Erica?! Alrighty now THIS is an interesting plot twist that I can get on board with.

What do you think of Quentin's true allegiance? Do you think the twins are going to be able to save the future? Let us know in the comments below or on Twitter @CourtHenley!
