Ra's al Ghul (Matt Nable) may finally have made Ollie (Stephen Amell) an offer he can't refuse. Just how far will Ollie go to bring back one of Team ARROW's fallen? Keep your eye on the target. We'll get you caught up.

We begin with Ollie arriving back at the loft to find the Ra's has made Thea (Willa Holland) into shish kabob. She is bleeding out in front of him.

He rushes her to the hospital, she flatlines on the table, but they are able to bring her back from the brink of death. Her injuries are too great. They can keep her alive, but only on machines. Ollie watches another loved one dying before him.

Malcolm (John Barrowman) arrives and is equally grief-stricken. Thea is, after all, his daughter.

Flashback #1: Ollie, Maseo (Karl Yune) and Tatsu (Rila Fukushima) are on a stakeout, watching General Shrieve (Marc Singer) combine the chemicals to make the bio weapon that will take out all life on Hong Kong. While the married couple discuss how to stop the truck, Ollie has "borrowed" a car and tells them both to get in.

Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Diggle (David Ramsey) arrive at the hospital. Ollie is in shock. Ollie walks over to the window to look out at his city. Purple smoke is rising above one of the buildings. It's Ra's al Ghul and the rest of the League of Assasins. Diggle wants Ollie to ignore the smoke summons (at least until they can come up with a plan). Ollie tells him "there is no plan, he's won."

Ollie arrives on the rooftop where the smoke is coming from. Maseo is there. He sucker punches him and then asks Maseo if he is responsible for Thea's condition. Maseo tells him to take his rightful place as the new Ra's al Ghul and bring his sister back (stopping short of naming the healing waters known to comic book fans as Lazarus pit).

He returns to the loft and begins packing. Diggle, Malcolm and Felicity show up to ask what is going on. Malcolm, a former member of the League, tells Felicity the waters have allowed Ra's to live for over 100 years. In some rare instances, the waters have been used to resurrect the dead. Malcolm finally calls it what we know it is: the Lazarus pit. He warns Ollie that the waters change a person in their soul.

Diggle tells Ollie he "doesn't want to do the usually Ollie please don't go dance." Felicity tells him she is going with him. Should he succeed, someone will need to bring Thea back to Starling City (Ollie will have to stay behind and become the new Ra's).

Felicity heads over to her boyfriend Ray (aka THE ATOM, played by Brandon Routh). She needs to borrow his jet. He confronts her with the fact that she still has feelings for Ollie. He breaks up with her, but tells her to take the jet.

At Ray's private hanger, Malcolm again begs Ollie not to go through with this. Ollie tells him to get on the plane.

On the plane, Felicity brings Ollie a blanket and he shares with her a story of when he first returned to Starling City, confronted Thea's drug dealer and snapped his neck. This time he couldn't protect his sister.

Flashback #2: Ollie is in pursuit of the military truck carrying the bio weapon. Soldiers fire at the car. Maseo returns fire, hitting one of the soldiers. Ollie tells him to take the wheel, climbs out of the sunroof of the car and fires at the soliders. Maseo swerves and Ollie flies off the top of the car, rolls over the trunk and grabs a hold of the bumper. His converse shoes are dragging on the street. It is an awesome stunt.

Ollie pulls himself back up, climbs onto the roof and then jumps into the truck. He throws several soldiers from it. He wrestles with the last soldier, who is about to shoot him. A blade comes through the tarp covering the truck. It's Tatsu. She thought he could use a hand.

Which reminds me...didn't Tatus bring Ollie back from the dead at the start of the mid-season? Why isn't Ollie exploring that option. Oh, plot holes...

Ollie opens the case. The bio weapon isn't there. They have been duped.

Team ARROW arrives at Nanda Parbat (the island that is home to the League of Assasins and the Lazarus Pit). The League stands at parade ready. Ra's al Ghul approaches Team ARROW. The League members all bow as Ollie passes them.

Maseo escorts Diggle to the guest quarters and tells him this is but a small taste of the riches that await Ollie. Diggle tells him to cut the b.s. If he was half the friend Ollie thinks he is, he wouldn't be working for the guy who basically killed Thea. Maseo retorts that Diggle knows nothing of his pain (he lost his only son). Diggle ask him if he thinks his son would be proud of his dad's choices.

The ritual begins. Assasins chant. Thea is lowered into the waters. The waters bubble and then stop. The ropes used to lower her fly out of Maseo, Malcolm, Diggle and Ollie's hands. Thea leaps out of the water with a primal scream.

Thea is taken to a bedroom to recover. She has forgot that Ollie is alive, her mother is dead and that she hates Malcolm. Felicity calls out the absurdity of all of this and walks out to confront Ra's.

He admires her spunk, but tells her she is wasting precious time that she could be using to spend with telling Ollie how she really feels about him.

She realizes he is right and seeks out Ollie. She finds him, she professes her love and then the pair make love. Afterwards, she produces a bottle and two glasses. She pours some of the booze for him and watches him drink it. She's drugged him.

She assembles Team ARROW and tells them they are leaving with Ollie. She's watched enough movies to know that fortresses always have secret exits. Since Malcolm used to be Ra's right hand man, he surely knows where the exit is. He tells her Ra's will kill them all if they get caught. She tells him then to no get caught.

The escape plan is in motion, but they are clearly out of their league (pun intended). They are quickly cornered in a room. Arrows rain down. Matseo has had a change of heart and kills three of his fellow assasins. The group presses on only to get cornered again, at which point Ollie awakens and tells the assasins to tell Ra's he'll only be a minute. He leads the team out of the fortress and tells each of them goodbye.

Back in Starling City, Thea wakes up in her loft and remembers she doesn't like/trust Malcolm. He tells her he is now free of the League and could go anywhere, but he only wants to stay with his daughter.

Final flashback: they have found the food cart. Ollie fights the guy for the vial containing the weapon. He actually has it in hand at one point. The soldier knocks Ollie back and the vial flies out of his hand and smashes on the ground, releasing its contents.

Back at Nanda Parbat, Ra's is yelling at Ollie. League blood has been spilled (a crime punishable by death) and yet Ollie let all of his friends go. Ollie reminds Ra's of their agreement. Ollie joins the League and none of those close to him get killed by the League.

Ra's begins Ollie's training by branding him. The mark is an arrow. He pronounces Oliver Queen dead. Only the ARROW reminds and the ARROW is the heir to the devil known as Ra's al Ghul. Comment below and follow me @triggercric and follow @BWWTVWorld for all the latest updates, scoops and recaps.
