Bill Burr Presents Paul Virzi: I'll Say This, the first of three specials airing under an agreement between Comedy Central and the Bill Burr/Al Madrigal-led All Things Comedy production banner, premieres November 2 at 12:30 a.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central. Virzi; Burr, Madrigal, Mike Bertolina of All Things Comedy; Pete Davidson and Joseph Gonzalez; and Krystal Stark of Stark White Entertainment are Executive Producers.
"Paul's growth as a comedian over the last five years has been amazing to watch. He has found his voice and developed into a monster headlining act. I've seen him destroy in every imaginable situation and it's great to see him get a one-hour special. Well-deserved and long overdue!" said Burr.
"He's long overdue for a one-hour special. He's relatable to all ages and really takes you on a journey," said Davidson.
In I'll Say This, Paul Virzi masterfully balances his edgy New York demeanor with his vulnerability as a husband, father and lover of nerdy things. Paul shares his hatred of political debate on social media, the challenges of manning the gate to heaven, his surprisingly ruthless young daughter and his unintentional sick thoughts.
Leading up to the on-air premiere, cc.com and the CC App will feature preview clips from the special. On Saturday, November 3, the full special will be available to stream in the CC App and on CC.com. Fans can follow Virzi on Twitter at @PaulVirzi and Comedy Central Stand-Up at @standup to join the social conversation around the special (#PaulVirzi).
Paul Virzi is a stand-up comedian whose comedy album Night At The Stand was #1 on iTunes and reached #4 on Billboard's Top 100.
