CBS won Thursday in viewers and key demographics, led by THE BIG BANG THEORY, the night's #1 program in all ratings measures, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for March 14.

THE BIG BANG THEORY was first in households (9.7/15), viewers (15.71m), adults 25-54 (6.1/18), adults 18-49 (4.5/15) and adults 18-34 (3.1/13).
The Big Bang Theory was the night's #1 program in households, viewers, adults 25-54, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.
TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (7.8/13) and adults 25-54 (4.7/12), tied for first in adults 18-49 (3.3/10, with FOX) and was second in viewers (12.40m, -0.16m viewers behind FOX).
PERSON OF INTEREST was first in households (9.0/14), viewers (14.57m), adults 25-54 (4.3/10) and adults 18-49 (2.9/08). Compared to last week,
Person of Interest was up +2% in adults 25-54 (from 4.2/10), +4% in adults 18-49 (from 2.8/08) and was even in viewers.
ELEMENTARY was first in households (7.2/12), viewers (11.49m), adults 25-54 (3.5/09) and adults 18-49 (2.4/07). Compared to the last first-run episode (on Feb. 21, 2013),
Elementary was up +3% in households (from 7.0/12), +6% in adults 25-54 (from 3.3/08), was even in adults 18-49 and added +300,000 viewers (from 11.19m, +3%).
For the night,
CBS was first in households (8.3/14), viewers (13.37m), adults 25-54 (4.4/11) and adults 18-49 (3.1/09).
