Anna Cathcart (The Descendants, Odd Squad), Janel Parrish (Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionist) and John Corbett (My Big Fat Greek Wedding) will reunite with Lana CONDOR and Noah Centineo in the much anticipated To All The Boys I've Loved Before sequel for Netflix.
The film is based on the popular YA To All The Boys I've Loved Before trilogy by New York Times Bestselling Author Jenny Han.
Michael Fimognari, who served as the Director of Photography on the first film, will helm the sequel, with a script from Sofia Alvarez.
"I'm so thrilled and thankful we get to keep telling Lara Jean's story. I just know that the audience will fall in love with her all over again," says Han.
The film's first director Susan Johnson said, "Directing To All The Boys I've Loved Before has been one of the great experiences of my life, and I am grateful to the fans for their passionate support of the film. Due to the timing of my other projects I won't be directing the sequel, but as an executive producer, I am looking forward to continuing to share Lara Jean's story and being part of this franchise."
Matt Kaplan is producing the film. Executive producers include Robyn Marshall, Max Siemers, Jenny Han, Susan Johnson, Shelley Zimmerman, and Rebecca Glashow.
Awesomeness Films previously partnered with Netflix on 2018's To All The Boys I've Loved Before and 2017's You Get Me.
The sequel is currently in pre-production and will be released by Netflix.
