It was only slightly awkward...

After a highly publicized relationship and then an even more highly publicized break-up Sarah Silverman went Jimmy Kimmel Live! and boy was it...not as awkward as everyone was expecting. As she came on the show, Silverman brought a box labeled "Jimmy's stuff" and proceeded to empty the contents including: sox, collages, and a "Team Jimmy" t-shirt.

Silverman was there to promote her HBO Special: We are Miracles, out November 23rd.

After 7 years together, but now in respective relationships, it's nice to see that ex's can still be friends. Check out the clips below to see all the funny moments.

About Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Jimmy Kimmel serves as host and executive producer of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, ABC Television Network's late-night talk show. Now in its tenth season, JKL is packed with hilarious comedy bits and features a diverse lineup of guests including celebrities, athletes, musicians, comedians and humorous human interest subjects. Every night, Kimmel delivers his up-to-the minute take on the latest news and pop culture topics from the day's events in his monologue. Kimmel has welcomed such notables as Martin Scorsese, Meryl Streep, Eddie Murphy, Tom Cruise, Woody Harrelson, Jamie Foxx, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Wahlberg, Zach Galifianakis, Charlize Theron, Tim Allen, Simon Cowell, Adam Sandler, Ellen Degeneres, Mickey Rourke, Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson, Channing Tatum, John Krasinski, David Beckham, Shaquille O'Neal and many more, including Matt Damon... well, almost Matt Damon.

Kimmel's bandleader is his childhood best friend, Cleto Escobedo, and recurring comedy segments include JKL security guard Guillermo Rodriguez, Jimmy's Cousin Sal's hidden camera pranks, No. 1 Celebrity Superfan Jake Byrd and Jimmy's feisty Aunt Chippy. Jimmy Kimmel Live! features a weekly signature comedy segment entitled "Unnecessary Censorship" which pokes fun at the FCC's crackdown on the media by unnecessarily censoring clips from TV news, political speeches, reality TV and nature shows. The show has also welcomed numerous esteemed guest directors to oversee individual episodes of the program including J.J. Abrams, Quentin Tarantino, Michel Gondry and Jon Favreau.
