As reported by Variety, actress Jessica Chastain is actively supporting more gender balance sets. The two time Oscar nominee spoke candidly about the topic in Variety's "Actors on Actors" series with Holly Hunter. For the full article, click here! The seventh season of Variety's "Actors on Actors," presented by Google Home, will air from 1/2 to 1/4 at 7 p.m. on PBS SoCal KOCE.

The two went on to talk about Chastain's new film MOLLY'S GAME, and how it is a female Centric film that leans away from fetishizing the actress. MOLLY'S GAME hits theatres 12/25. Watch a clip here:

MOLLY'S GAME is based on the true story of Molly Bloom, an Olympic-class skier who ran the world's most exclusive high-stakes poker game for a decade before being arrested in the middle of the night by 17 FBI agents wielding automatic weapons. Her players included Hollywood royalty, sports stars, business titans and finally, unbeknownst to her, the Russian mob. Her only ally was her criminal defense lawyer Charlie Jaffey, who learned that there was much more to Molly than the tabloids led us to believe.
