Entertainment Tonight reports that Diane Keaton sustained an injury today while filming her new movie, 'Morning Glory' in New York City. Keaton was taken to the hospital for tests.

Paramount Studios said in a statement, "Diane Keaton is in good health and spirits following a fall on set of 'Morning Glory' where she bumped her head."

"The actress was taken to a hospital for precautionary tests and has been cleared by doctors to return to work tomorrow." The actress is now said to be doing fine.

'Morning Glory' costars Rachel McAdams, Harrison Ford, Patrick Wilson and Jeff Goldblum.

After rising to fame in a series of hit Woody Allen comedies, Diane Keaton went on to enjoy a successful film career both as an actress and as a director. Born Diane Hall on January 5, 1946, in Los Angeles, she studied acting at Manhattan's Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater and in 1968 understudied in Hair. On Broadway she met actor/director Allen and appeared in his 1969 stage hit Play It Again, Sam. In 1970, Keaton made her film debut in the comedy Lovers and Other Strangers and rose to fame as the paramour of Al Pacino's Michael Corleone in the 1972 blockbuster The Godfather. That same year, she and Allen -- with whom Keaton had become romantically involved offscreen -- reprised Play It Again, Sam for the cameras, and in 1973 he directed her in Sleeper. The Godfather Part II followed, as did Allen's Love and Death. Keaton was also a cast member/understudy in the original Broadway production of HAIR.

In the 1990s she began to get more mature rules, though she reprised the role of Kay Corleone in the third "Godfather" epic, The Godfather: Part III (1990). She appeared as the wife of Steve Martin in the hit Father of the Bride (1991) and again in Father of the Bride Part II (1995). In 1993 she once again teamed with Woody Allen in Manhattan Murder Mystery (1993), which was well received. In 1995 she received high marks for Unstrung Heroes (1995), her first major feature as a director.
