Actor Angus Macfadyen Set to Appear in Final Season of NBC's CHUCK

According to TVLine, Braveheart actor Angus Macfadyen has signed on to appear in the final season of NBC's CHUCK.  He is expected to appear in four episodes of the NBC comedy drama as a member of a mercenary spy ring who signs up to work for some villainous characters.

The actor's other television credits include guest roles on Criminal Minds, Psych and Californication. In addition to Braveheart, the actor has also appeared in the films Equilibrium, Saw III and its follow-up Saw IV. His next film role will be in Cameron Crowe's latest movie "We Bought a Zoo", along with Matt Damon and Scarlett Johansson.

Mark Hamill, Carrie-Anne Moss, Justin Hartley, Jeff Fahey, Cheryl Ladd and Bo Derek are among the other stars confirmed to appear in the fifth and final season of CHUCK.

The show's final 13-part run begins on October 28th on NBC.
