According to TMZ, AMERICAN HORROR STORY: FREAK SHOW star Ben Woolf has died from a stroke following head injuries he suffered last week. He was 34.

Woolf was in critical condition after he was hit in the head by a passing SUV's side mirror as he crossed a Hollywood street last Thursday night. Police said the accident occurred around 9 p.m. Thursday, and Woolf was transported to a nearby hospital where he remains in intensive care.

Woolf, who is 4' 4" was reportedly jaywalking, and the driver of the SUV involved in the accident was not charged, according to TMZ, which first reported the story.

Before appearing on several episodes of AHS since 2011, Woolf previously had roles in the films Dead Kansas and Haunting Charles Manson. He also performed stunts on TV's Dexter, Bustle reported.
