For the 5th time in the last 6 years, "The Week" improved on the year-ago July sweep in both Total Viewers (+11% - 2.976 million vs. 2.690 million) and Adults 25-54 (+2% - 851,000 vs. 831,000), drawing its most watched July overall audience in 19 years and best news demo performance for the month in 7 years - since July 1997 and July 2009, respectively. Further, "This Week" has built on the year-ago sweep in Adults 25-54 for the last 11 sweep periods.

For the 5th consecutive week, "This Week" built on the year-ago Sunday in Total Viewers (+15% - 3.044 million vs. 2.652 million on 7/26/15).
Season to date, "This Week" leads CBS' "Face the Nation" by 23,000 Adults 25-54 (934,000 vs. 911,000), beating the
CBS program by its largest news demo margin in 7 years - since the 2008-09 season.
"This Week" is improving in both Total Viewers (+15% - 3.233 million vs. 2.815 million) and Adults 25-54 (+7% - 934,000 vs. 873,000) versus its year-ago season averages. In fact, "This Week" is drawing its largest overall audience in 17 years and posting its strongest news demo performance in 7 years - since the 1998-99 and 2008-09 seasons, respectively.
