ABC's THE VIEW delivered 3.031 million Total Viewers, 560,000 Women 25-54 and 434,000 Women 18-49 during the 2016 November Sweep, based on Most Current Data from Nielsen Media Research. "The View" outdelivered CBS' "The Talk" (2.810 million, 480,000 and 330,000, respectively) across the board: Total Viewers (+221,000), Women 25-54 (+80,000) and Women 18-49 (+104,000).
In fact, "The View" posted its largest sweeps margins over the
CBS program in 2 years in Total Viewers and in 4 years in both key Women demos - since November 2014, February 2013 and November 2012, respectively.
"The View" turned in double-digit gains across the board versus the previous sweep (2.640 million, 488,000 and 379,000, respectively, for July 2016): Total Viewers (+15%), Women 25-54 (+15%) and Women 18-49 (+15%). Further, "The View" saw its largest overall audience in 7 sweeps periods - since February 2015.
"The View" also improved in all key measures from the year-ago sweep (2.608 million, 530,000 and 391,000, respectively, for November 2015): Total Viewers (+16%), Women 25-54 (+6%) and Women 18-49 (+11%).
