ABC's THE VIEW Ranks No. 1 in Time Period with Women

ABC's "The View" averaged 2.528 million Total Viewers, 536,000 Women 25-54 and 419,000 Women 18-49 for the week of September 14, 2015, based on Live +Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. "The View" beat CBS' "The Talk" (2.524 million and 405,000, respectively) during its premiere week in Total Viewers (+4,000) and Women 18-49 (+14,000).

For the 2nd week in a row, "The View" was up over the previous week (2.506 million and 413,000, respectively, for w/o 9/7/15) in Total Viewers (+1%) and Women 18-49 (+1%) to deliver its strongest numbers in nearly 3 months - since w/o 6/22/15.

On Thursday (9/17/15), "The View" scored its most-watched telecast (2.748 million) since April - since 4/21/15.

Compared to its performance during the 2015 July Sweep (2.402 million, 498,000 and 382,000, respectively), "The View" outperformed the month in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+126,000), Women 25-54 (+38,000) and Women 18-49 (+37,000).

"The View" ranked No. 1 in its time periods with Women 25-54 in 7 of the Top 10 U.S. Markets: New York (1.3/10), Los Angeles (0.6/6-tied), Chicago (1.1/9), Philadelphia (1.9/14), Boston (1.2/12), Atlanta (2.2/14) and Houston (1.0/7-tied).
