ABC's THE VIEW averaged 2.790 million Total Viewers, 539,000 Women 25-54 and 416,000 Women 18-49 during the week of May 2, 2016, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. "The View" led CBS' "The Talk" (2.736 million, and 409,000, respectively) in Total Viewers (+54,000) and Women 18-49 (+7,000), beating the CBS program for the 7th time in the last 8 weeks in both measures.
For the 3rd week in a row, "The View" improved on the same week last year (2.449 million, 457,000 and 359,000, respectively, on w/o 5/4/15) in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+14%), Women 25-54 (+18%) and Women 18-49 (+16%). Further, "The View" was up on the year-ago week for the 10th week in a row in Total Viewers and in 9 of the last 10 in Women 25-54.
