"Fresh Off the Boat" (8:00-8:30 p.m. - 4.2 million and 1.1/4 in AD18-49): Opposite originals of CBS' "NCIS" and NBC's "The Voice" at 8:00 p.m., ABC's "Fresh Off the Boat" was once again Tuesday's No. 1 comedy, beating Fox's "New Girl" head to head in the half-hour by 1.9 million viewers (4.2 million vs. 2.3 million) and 10% in Adults 18-49 (1.1/4 vs. 1.0/4). "Fresh Off the Boat" has finished as the most watched Tuesday night comedy on every original telecast of 2016.
"The Real O'Neals" (8:30-9:00 p.m. - 3.3 million and 1.0/3 in AD18-49): Delivering a strong 91% lead-in retention at 8:30 p.m. with young adults, ABC's "The Real O'Neals" once again dominated its freshman
FOX comedy competition in the half-hour ("Grandfathered") in Total Viewers (+74% - 3.3 million vs. 1.9 million) and Adults 18-49 (+43% - 1.0/3 vs. 0.7/3). In fact, "The Real O'Neals" topped all 4 of Fox's comedies on the night in Total Viewers and tied "New Girl" (at 8:00 p.m.) in Adults 18-49 as the night's No. 2 comedy, behind only "Fresh Off the Boat."

"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." (9:00-10:00 p.m. - 2.9 million and 0.9/3 in AD18-49):
At 9:00 p.m., ABC's "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." held steady week to week in Adults 18-49 (0.9/3 vs. 1.0/3). "S.H.I.E.L.D." won the hour with Teens 12-17.
L+ 7 Season to Date/L+3 for Last Week: On average this season, originals of "S.H.I.E.L.D." jumped +77% from L+SD to average a 2.3 rating in Live + 7 Day Adults 18-49. And last Tuesday's telecast (on 4/26/16) of the
ABC drama was the night's biggest broadcast gainer with a +60%
SPIKE in Adults 18-49, after just 3 days of TV playback.
