NCIS and
The Voice (1.4/6-tie) to rank as the #1 scripted series in its hour for its 17th-straight original telecast. In fact, S.H.I.E.L.D. is Tuesday's #1 TV show this season with Men 18-34, as well as the season's top broadcast drama.
