ABC's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' Hits a 6-Month High in HHs – Ranks No. 1 on Monday in AD18-49

On the opening night of the new 2017-18 TV season (9/25/17), ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" scored its highest-rated telecast on any night in late-night without an NBA FINALS lead-in in more than 6 months in Households (2.3/6) in the 56 Metered Markets - since 3/13/17.

Monday's show welcomed Viola Davis, Freddie Highmore and musical guest Grizzly Bear.

"Jimmy Kimmel Live" ranked as the No. 1 late-night talk show on Monday with Adults 18-49 (0.6/4) in the 25 LPM Markets, topping NBC's "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" (0.5/3) and CBS' "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" (0.5/3) by 20% each. ABC's "Kimmel" also outdelivered NBC's "Fallon" by 28% in Households (2.3/6 vs. 1.8/5).
