Featuring the Season 25 finale of DANCING WITH THE STARS ABC ran a strong No. 2 on Tuesday among Adults 18-49 (1.3/5) to NBC, beating CBS' dramas by 18% (1.1/4) and FOX by 63% (0.8/3). ABC surged to Tuesday season highs in viewers and young adults.

ABC delivered Tuesday's Top 2 comedies with "The Middle" (6.0 million and 1.3/6) and "Fresh Off the Boat" (4.3 million and 1.1/4) topping by wide margins Fox's "The Mick" (2.2 million and 0.7/3) and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" (1.7 million and 0.6/2) at 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., respectively. With both comedies climbing for the 3rd straight week in viewers, "The Middle" grew 5% and "Fresh Off the Boat" gained 10%, as each
ABC comedy delivered a best-since-premiere Total Viewer count - since 10/3/17.
Leaping over its lead-in against NBC's "The Voice"-led "This Is Us" at 9:00 p.m., ABC's 25th season finale of "Dancing with the Stars" delivered 9.2 million viewers and a 1.3/5 in Adults 18-49 to the 2-hour time period. Gaining viewers from its first hour to its second hour, "Dancing" ranked No. 1 in the final hour of the night in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. In fact, in its final half-hour from 10:30-11:00 p.m. as Jordan Fisher won the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy, "Dancing" built to 9.5 million viewers. "DWTS" was up from its Season 24 finale (on 5/23/17) in Total Viewers (+3% - 9.2 million vs. 8.9 million) and shot up 29% with Teens 12-17 and 60% with Kids 2-11.
