Growing to 4-week highs on the night (since 8/1/16), ABC earned second place on Monday among Total Viewers (4.6 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.3/5). The Net ranked No. 1 on Monday with Adults 18-34 (tie) and key Women (W18-34/W18-49).

"Bachelor in Paradise" (8:00-10:00 p.m. - 5.4 million and 1.6/6 in AD18-49): From 8:00-10:00 p.m., ABC's "Bachelor in Paradise" added viewers for the 3rd consecutive Monday (+4% - 5.4 million vs. 5.2 million) and remained even with young adults (1.6/6), scoring a new season high in Total Viewers and tying a season best with Adults 18-49. In fact it posted the series' 2nd-highest-numbers ever in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49 (tie).

"Bachelor in Paradise" was Monday's No. 1 TV show in Adults 18-34 and all key Women (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54) and ranked as the No. 2 program in Adults 18-49, behind only NBC's "American Ninja Warrior."

"Mistresses" (10:00-11:00 p.m. - 2.8 million and 0.6/2 in AD18-49): At 10:00 p.m., ABC's "Mistresses" built week to week in Total Viewers (+12% - 2.8 million vs. 2.5 million) and held even with Adults 18-49 (0.6/2), marking its most watched telecast overall in 7 weeks - since 7/11/16.

Projections Rationale: Lifts vs. L+SD are based on the 2015-16 season for premiere telecast or an average for originals (excluding the premiere).
Returning shows: Profile based on same show (either premiere or averages for originals).
New Series: Based on similar series.

A note about DVR penetration: DVR penetration in the Nielsen sample is currently at 49% in U.S. TV Homes. More viewers are watching shows on their own timetables, which are increasingly not reflected in the overnight Live + Same Day numbers. As a result, the Live + 7 Day ratings are the most accurate measure to gauge the size of the TV audience.
