From 8:00-10:01 p.m., ABC's "American Idol" won its 2-hour slot and held steady with its week-earlier Fast National ratings in Total Viewers (8.5 million vs. 8.6 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.7 rating vs. 1.8 rating).
"Deception" (10:00-11:00 p.m. - 3.5 million and 0.7/3 in AD18-49):
In the 10 o'clock hour, ABC's "Deception" stood as the No. 1 drama in its slot for the 3rd week in a row with Adults 18-49 (0.7/3), besting NBC's "Timeless" finale by 17% (0.6/2) and CBS' "Madam Secretary" by 17% (0.6/2). The ABC drama grew 9% week to week with Total Viewers (3.5 million vs. 3.3 million) and held even in Adults 18-49 (0.7/3).
