ABC Prime Is No. 1 for the 4th Straight Week With a Net-Leading 8 of the Top 20 TV Shows

During the week of May 7, 2018, ABC scored a network-leading 8 of the Top 20 TV programs with Adults 18-49, landing 3 in the 10 with "American Idol" three-peating as TV's No. 1 unscripted series: "Roseanne" - No. 2, "Grey's Anatomy" - No. 6, "American Idol-SUN" - No. 8, "The Middle" - No. 11, "Modern Family" - No. 16, while "black-ish," "The Goldbergs" and "America's Funniest Home Videos" tied at No. 20. ABC's "American Idol" stood as TV's No. 1 unscripted show for the3rd week in a row with Adults 18-49, continuing to beat out both weekly editions of NBC's "The Voice."

• ABC finished as the No. 1 broadcaster for the 4th consecutive week and for the 6th time in the last 7 weeks in Adults 18-49 (0.9/4-tie). In fact, post-Olympics, ABC stands as the clear No. 1 TV network among Adults 18-49.

• Season to date based on all programming, ABC ranks No. 2 among Adults 18-49 (1.5/6-tie), ascending from 4th place at the same point last season. And excluding sports, ABC is now within 76,000 Adults 18-49 to tying NBC for No. 1 this season in Adults 18-49 (1.962 million vs. 2.038 million).

• ABC grew 7% over the same week last year in Total Viewers (4.4 million vs. 4.1 million) and held exactly even in Adults 18-49 (0.9/4), adding Prime-Time viewers year-to-year for the 10th time in 11 weeks.
