Correspondent Aaron Katersky will anchor live from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., ET. On Monday, January 21, President Obama and Vice President Biden will participate in the ceremonial Inaugural swearing-in ceremony on the west steps of the U.S. Capitol, along with the traditional parade down Pennsylvania Avenue.
