ABC NEWS received 11 Emmy nominations in eight categories this morning for reporting that aired across several broadcasts and platforms, including "Nightline," "20/20," "World News Tonight with David Muir," "This Week with George Stephanopoulos," "Good Morning America," ABC NEWS SPECIAL Events, and for the first time ever, ABC News Digital. ABC News was recognized with nominations spanning from topics ranging from politics to what it means to be transgender, from discussions on race relations to the humanitarian crisis in Myanmar and the dangerous plight of migrants at sea. Chief Investigative Correspondent Brian Ross' investigation into US-trained Iraqi security forces committing war crimes was also nominated. "20/20" was also recognized for Diane Sawyer's "Bruce Jenner: The Interview."
