Head to head in its 2-hour time period, ABC's "Extreme Weight Loss" beat Fox's "Utopia" time slot premiere and the season finale of "Hotel Hell" by 1.6 million viewers (4.0 million vs. 2.4 million) and by 22% in Adults 18-49 (1.1/3 vs. 0.9/3).
