Looks like viewers are having a super fun time watching SUPER FUN NIGHT. According to TVGuide.com, ABC has just ordered two additional scripts for the ABC freshman comedy starring 'Pitch Perfect' star Rebel Wilson. In addition, the network has greenlit additional episodes of James Caan's Back in the Game.
Both new comedies air on Wednesday nights, and have struggled a bit out of the starting gate. Super Fun Night debuted to 8.2 million viewers, but fell to 6.7 million viewers in its second outing. Back in the Game's latest episode delivered 6.4 million, a drop from its premiere of 7.9 million.As reported earlier, ABC's other new comedies, Trophy Wife and The Goldbergs were given the go-ahead for additional scripts as well. Thus far, the only new series to be picked up for a full-season has been Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. On the other end of the spectrum, Lucky 7 got the boot from the line-up after just two episodes.
