ABC Finishes First with Young Adults on Friday, 12/14

From 8-9pm, ABC's compatible comedy combo of Last Man Standing and Malibu Country delivered 100% audience retention across all key Adult demos from the first half-hour to the second half-hour. In addition, the comedies made ABC the #1 network in the hour with Adults 18-34 and Women 18-34.

· ABC's Last Man Standing stood as the most-watched TV show in its half-hour, growing its overall audience by 8% week to week and holding 100% of its Adult 18-49 number. The ABC comedy posted its most-watched telecast in 4 weeks - since 11/16/12.

· ABC's Malibu Country increased week to week in Total Viewers (+8%) and Adults 18-49 (+7%), equaling a 5-week high in with young adults - since 11/9/12.

During the 9 o'clock hour, ABC's repeat Shark Tank took second place among Adults 18-49, beating NBC's first-run Take It All by 9% and Fox's first-run Fringe by 9%.

Building over its lead-in during the 10 o'clock hour, ABC's 20/20 earned second in its time period with viewers and key adults (AD18-49/AD25-54). The ABC newsmagazine provided continuing coverage of the tragic shooting at an elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut.

· 20/20 delivered its largest audience since March - since 3/30/12.

· ABC's 20/20 was up year over year in the key Adult 25-54 news demo for its 8th consecutive broadcast.
