Vanessa surprises and Rachel upsets in first round of THE BACHELOR FANTASY LEAGUE, the official ultimate fantasy game experience powered by ESPN, the worldwide leader in sports and fantasy gaming, for the 2017 season of "The Bachelor." The data before and after Monday's season premiere, which was the #1 series of the night, points to a number of fan revelations.
Before the show, Vanessa was not among the top four picked for a hometown date. Of those that did pick her, she was the top choice, making her the overall favorite for the Final Rose (14.33 percent). After the show, she is the leading contender in both Hometown Dates (10 percent) and the Final Rose (22 percent).
Danielle M. was the only bachelorette to be in the top four Hometown Dates and Final Rose before and after the show.

The Bachelor Fantasy League is available now on ABC.com/BFL and the
ESPN Fantasy App. Players have until January 16, at 4:59 p.m. PST, to make their final predictions for the top four women who make it to the hometown dates and the one who will receive the final rose on "The Bachelor." Players earn points for correct predictions and each point is an entry into the grand prize drawing for a chance to win a trip for two to Los Angeles, hotel and airfare included, two tickets to Disneyland and two tickets to "The Bachelorette: After The Final Rose," the tell-all special episode after
THE BACHELORETTE season finale in summer 2017.
The Bachelor Fantasy League also features a weekly game based on player predictions of events that will take place in the upcoming episode throughout the season. Week two's questions are now live, including the following:
• Who will go on the first one-on-one date of the season with Nick?
• What will Nick do with the girls on his first group date of the season?
• TRUE OR FALSE: A bachelorette will take a dip in a hot tub with Nick during this episode.
Players earn points for correct answers, and each point is an entry into both that week's drawing for a dozen red roses and the grand prize drawing at the end of the season.
THE BACHELOR Fantasy League Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, 18 or older. No purchase necessary. See Official Rules ABC.com/BFL for full details, including eligibility and season long and weekly prediction deadlines.
