90210's Gillian Zinser Will Not Return as Season 5 Regular

As first reported on TVLine.com, actress Gillian Zinser will not appear as a series regular for the upcoming fifth season of the CW's 90210. 

Zinser's character, Ivy, was last seen on the show's season finale running away to Mexico with her boyfriend Diego. A spokesman for The CW confirmed that although the actress will not return as a series regular she would be making guest appearances on the nighttime soap. 

The actress first appeared on 90210 in the second season, portraying West Bev's "hippie-chic" surfer girl. In 2010, she was signed as a regular cast member for the third season of the show. The actress has appeared in The Truth Below, a television film on MTV. She will next be seen in the upcoming thriller film Liars All, starring Sara Paxton and Matt Lanter.
