30 ROCK's Tracy Morgan Collapses at Sundance Film Festival

According to The Hollywood Reporter ,comedian Tracy Morgan was rushed to the hospital yesterday after collapsing at an awards ceremony held at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. The 30 ROCK star was attending the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards where he was being honored with the Spotlight Initiative Award.

A spokesman for Morgan released a statement earlier today saying, “From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention … He is with his fiance and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100 percent false.”

Sources had revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that Morgan appeared "out of control, yelling and falling onto the ground" during the award's dinner. A spokeswoman for Park City Medical Center said that no drugs or alcohol was found in Morgan's system upon medical examination. 

Morgan is currently co-starring with Jesse Eisenberg and Melissa Leo in the film “Predisposed,” which is being screened at the film festival. In December of 2010, the actor underwent a successful kidney transplant.
