2015 NASCAR SPRINT CUP CHAMPIONSHIP to Air on NBC & NBCSN

NBC Sports presents the culmination of the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup and XFINITY Series seasons from Homestead-Miami Speedway this weekend. After 36 grueling weeks of twists, turns, collisions and altercations, Jeff Gordon, Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch andMartin Truex Jr. face off in one final showdown Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on NBC. In addition, defending XFINITY Champion Chase Elliott will line up against current XFINITY points leader Chris Buescher, and nearby point contenders Ty Dillonand Regan Smith, Saturday at 2:45 p.m. ET on NBC.

Before the green flag falls on Sunday, coverage surrounds the Championship 4 drivers' individual journeys to Miami. Each will visit Krista Voda, Kyle Petty andDale Jarrett on the Countdown to Green pre-race set to discuss their expectations, nerves and final thoughts heading into the Championship race.

Prior to Jeff Gordon's attempt to close out his storybook career in storybook fashion, Ken Squier voices a special essay on Gordon's career and transcendent impact on stock car racing. Sunday's Countdown to Green also features a performance from Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter Tim McGraw.

NBC SPORTS NASCAR SPRINT CUP CHAMPIONSHIP RACE COVERAGE FROM MIAMI

Rick Allen calls this weekend's action from alongside Daytona 500-winning crew chief Steve Letarte and 21-time Sprint Cup winner Jeff Burton. Voda, Petty and Jarrett host NASCAR AMERICA along with pre- and post-race coverage from "The Sunshine State." Marty Snider, Mike Massaro, Kelli Stavast and Dave Burnsreport and offer interviews from pit road, the garages and throughout the infield.NBCSports.com lead motorsports writer Nate Ryan and features reporterRutledge Wood also contribute to both NASCAR AMERICA and post-race festivities.

NBC Sports' Sprint Cup coverage from Homestead, FL begins Friday with first practice at 12 p.m. ET on NBCSN, followed by qualifying at 6 p.m. ET. Saturday's coverage begins on CNBC with Sprint Cup second practice at 10 a.m. ET and final practice at 1 p.m. ET.

Championship Sunday coverage begins at 1:30 p.m. ET on NBC with theCountdown to Green Served by Sonic pre-race show. The Ford EcoBoost 400 begins at 3 p.m. ET on NBC. Following the checkered flag, NBC showcases the Championship ceremony as the 2015 Sprint Cup winner is crowned.

At 7 p.m. ET coverage shifts over to NBCSN for a special edition of NASCAR America, which is immediately followed by an on-site edition of NASCAR VICTORY LAP at 8 p.m. ET.

NBCSN COMPLIMENTS NBC'S PRIMARY BROADCAST OF CHAMPIONSHIP RACE WITH NBCSN HOT PASS

In an unprecedented offering, NBC Sports Group will present dual national coverage of the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Championship race from Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 22. While NBC provides the primary broadcast of Jeff Gordon's quest to close out his Hall of Fame career in storybook fashion,NBCSN offers a simultaneous live feed dedicated to each of the Championship 4 drivers racing for a historic victory on Sunday in South Florida.

CHAMPIONSHIP FOUR DRIVERS APPEAR ON THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON

Before arriving in South Florida, Jeff Gordon, Kevin Harvick, Kyle Busch and Martin Truex Jr. made a trip to 30 ROCK this week, where they visited TheTonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Pared with Jimmy Fallon, The Roots'Tariq Trotter, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Justin Bieber, the Championship 4 competed in the first annual "Tonight Show NASCAR 500 Race." NBC PRESENTS THE FINAL XFINITY SERIES RACE OF THE SEASON

NBCSN's XFINITY coverage from Florida begins Friday at 1:30 p.m. ET with the final series practice, followed by NASCAR AMERICA at 5:30 p.m. ET.

Saturday's full day of XFINITY Series Championship racing begins at 11 a.m. ET on CNBC with qualifying followed by a 30-minute NASCAR AMERICA at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Pre-race coverage begins with a second edition of NACAR America at 2 p.m. ET on NBCSN. Coverage shifts over to NBC at 2:30 p.m. ET with XFINITY Series Countdown to Green. The Ford EcoBoost 300 begins at 2:45 p.m. ET.
