The Chattanooga Symphony & Opera will be holding open auditions for vocalists interested in joining the CSO Chorus for the 2015/16 season. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, June 16 and Thursday/Friday, June 18 and 19 in the Chapel at First Baptist Church, located at 401 Gateway Avenue in Chattanooga.

The Chorus will be performing next season on The Tabasco Opera, Brahms' Requiem, Home for the Holidays, and more. Complete concert dates and details will be available at auditions. Visit the CSO website at www.chattanoogasymphony.org for complete 2015/16 season details.

Those auditioning should prepare two contrasting vocal pieces, i.e. art songs, arias, Broadway tunes, etc. While not required, it is preferred that one piece be in a foreign language. An accompanist will be provided. To schedule an audition time and for additional audition details, contact CSO Chorus Manager Mary Lynn Wilson at mynn55@comcast.net.
