Stetson University and Ahtens Theatre Presents the Stetson Opera Theater OPERA GALA, 10/8

Stetson University and The Athens Theatre present "The Stetson Opera Theatre OPERA GALA," featuring the finest singers from Stetson University's School of Music on Friday, October 8 at 7:30 PM.

The performance will utilize costumes, minimal sets, and piano accompaniments. Tickets will be available at the door.

For more information call the Stetson University School of Music at (384) 822-8950. General tickets cost $10 while seniors at $8 and students are $5 with a student ID. Friends of music or Stetson ID holders can enter for free.

The Stetson Opera Theatre mounts two productions per year, the upcoming Opera Gala being the first. The second will take place in the spring and will be a full production by the Stetson Opera Theater along with the Stetson University Orchestra. It utilizes full sets and costumes.
