Opening Night of Met Opera's NORMA to Screen Live in Times Square

For the 12th year, the Metropolitan Opera's Opening Night will be transmitted live to numerous large screens on Monday, September 25th at 6:30pm in Times Square at Military Island (between 43rd and 44th Streets) and at Duffy Square (between 46th and 47th Streets). This year it will feature the opening performance of Vincenzo Bellini's Norma.

This free event in Times Square will be complete with a step-and repeat for photos before and during intermission as well as ushered seating and food and drink offerings from TSQ MKT food kiosks on the plazas during intermission.

The simulcast will accommodate over 2,000 seats for audience members to enjoy the season premiere. First come, first seated.
