Hartford Opera Theater will present the world premiere of David Wolfson's THE FAITH OPERAS, a collection of operatic vignettes that grapple with issues of faith, religion, love, and family relationships.
The show will be at the Charter Oak Cultural Center - 21 Charter Oak Avenue in Hartford, CT on Saturday, April 8, 2016 at 7:30 PM. Tickets are available at hartfordoperatheater.com and at the door beginning Monday, March 6. Admission is $25/15/10.

THE FAITH OPERAS is comprised of four short operas by David Wolfson. Each opera discusses a central issues seen through the lens of a specific religion. They feature conversations about faith, loss of faith, the importance of family and community, overcoming addiction, finding something to believe in, and most importantly, that love always wins. The four operas are entitled Rapture, Maya's Ark, A Fine Invention and Heaven's Gate. Three of the four have been workshopped in Hartford Opera Theater's New in November Festival over the past few seasons.
