Abbeville Opera House Hosts Wine Walk, 11/12

The event will be held around the Historic Downtown Abbeville Square. Patrons will be able to "See, Sniff, Swirl, Savor and Shop" while stopping in the participating shops and restaurants located on and near the square. Every stop along the way is within easy walking distance. There are 20 different locations allowing participants to taste and sample various wines. Make your plans now to meet up with friends for a wonderful afternoon in Abbeville.

Come to the Abbeville Chamber of Commerce anytime time after 1:30 the day of the Wine Walk (November 12) and get a map of Wine Walk merchants and locations. For a $25 wine-tasting fee and a valid photo ID, you'll receive an Abbeville Opera House commemorative wine glass and an ID bracelet that will allow you to sample wine at any of the participating merchants.

This event is open to everyone, so bring your friends and family for a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon. However, small children are not recommended since this event is for a 21+ crowd, in which alcohol is being served.

Advance tickets are now on sale and a limited number of tickets will be sold. Tickets may or may not be available the day of the Wine Walk.
