A bulging package of rock-a-billy, punk and glam, The Undeniable has been rocking, shocking, and working the last nerves of their audiences with infectious lyrics, driving rhythms and sexy stage antics. The trashy trio consists of Samoan thug drummer, “ChopStix,” vampish ball-busting bassist, “Mateo” and on lead vocals and guitar . . . The Devil. * In the late summer of 2011, these three individuals came together as, “The Undeniable,” in the bleak steel city, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Sharing the vision of a band that brings an unforgettable stage show along with catchy, yet edgy songs, The Undeniable secured small space in a ghetto garbage dump to begin rehearsals. * Originally seeking to add a full time guitarist to the mix, the band held auditions, but to no avail. Settling on the three-piece lineup, the band proceeded to book its CD and Video Release Party at a local club . . . Six months in advance . . . Without even a single song prepared. * With their work cut out for them, they settled into the artistry of writing, arranging, drinking, and finally recording and producing, the “1000 Island Demos” concept album. The band then teamed up with nationally known photographer/cinematographer, D.Gauss, to create the sultry and seductive music video, “It’s So Complicated.” The dedication paid off and as promised, everything was completed and released on schedule . . . Saint Patrick’s Day, 2012. * The self-produced and engineered, “1000 Island Demos,” has seen surprising sales figures and the band created a buzz around the tri-state area after selling out two of its first three shows. Currently, The Undeniable is organizing an East Coast tour for the autumn of 2012, while continually performing in Pittsburgh venues such as The Smiling Moose, The Rock Room and Inn Termission. * It’s not just the music, lyrics or performance that makes The Undeniable special and unique. It is their life long experiences, their absolute professionalism and the brilliant chemistry they share together on and off stage which makes this band shine. Three very different creatures with three unlikely paths have intersected and an explosion of creativity has been born. So grab your hats!
